BAKING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
cooling waiting rolling out handling boiling/baking/frying

» Keep pastry chilled at a maximum temperature of 4 – 6°C.
» Take the pastry out of the fridge 15 – 20 minutes before use.

Preparation:
Unroll puff pastry and place on baking tray with the baking paper. Season to taste and place in a pre-heated oven on the middle rack at 220°C. Bake for approx. 15 – 20 minutes.
