FRESH ORGANIC PIZZA DOUGH

Our fresh organic pizza dough is square and rolled on baking paper, ready to bake.
Add your favourite toppings and a pizza will serve two to three people – a delicious meal
for family and friends! And what's more, pizza doesn't always have to be round or square.
Pizza dough offers a multitude of creative preparation possibilities: for instance, it can
also be used for calzone or small pizza slices.

BAKING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
cooling waiting rolling out handling boiling/baking/frying

» Keep pastry chilled at a maximum temperature of 4 – 6°C.
» Take the pastry out of the fridge 15 – 20 minutes before using.

Preparation:
Unroll pizza dough and place on the baking tray with the baking paper. Season to taste and place in a pre-heated oven on the middle rack at 220°C. Bake for approx. 15 – 20 minutes.
